Industrial Conveyors
Conveyor solutions developed around your industrial process
CreatX Technology designs and integrates industrial conveyor and transport systems tailored to production, assembly, handling and transfer processes. Each system is configured according to the product, conveyor route, work positions, available space and process requirements.
Conveying becomes part of the process
An industrial conveyor system is not simply about moving a product from one point to another. For efficient integration, the conveyor must be designed according to the entire technological process.
For this reason, CreatX solutions can combine conveyor technology, linear motion technology, sensors, automation, positioning and industrial structures into a single system tailored to the application.
We analyze the process
The product, conveyor route, speed, work positions and interface with existing equipment.
We design the solution
We configure the mechanics, structure, conveyor system and the components required for integration.
We integrate the application
The system is prepared for integration into the industrial process and existing installation.
Custom Special Conveyors
When a standard conveyor system cannot meet the process requirements, we develop a solution designed around the application.

Tailored to the product. Tailored to the process.
Not every industrial process can be handled with a standard conveyor. Product characteristics, available space or the interface with existing machinery may require the development of a dedicated configuration.
CreatX Technology can adapt the length, width, height, guiding system, transfer method and conveyor structure according to the specific requirements of the application.
Flexibility for multiple configurations
For processes handling products with different dimensions or requiring different working positions, the system can be designed so that the same installation can accommodate multiple configurations.
Systems for width and height adjustment can be implemented, together with predefined mechanical positions that enable controlled and repeatable equipment configuration.

A system built for your application
ADAPTABLE
The configuration can be adapted to different product variants and process requirements.
MOBILE
When required by the application, the system can be built on a mobile structure for quick repositioning.
PRECISE
Linear motion technology and guiding components enable controlled and repeatable movements.
INTEGRABLE
Sensors and electrical connections allow the system to be integrated into automated industrial installations and processes.
Ready for process integration
Custom conveyors can integrate product detection sensors, electrical components, quick-connect systems and automation components.
The objective is to develop a solution that does not operate separately from the process, but becomes an integral part of the industrial installation.
Automated Product Pickup, Transport and Sorting
A Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus system can be used to interconnect multiple machines and create a common conveyor flow in which products are automatically collected from different points in the process and directed toward a sorting, accumulation or pickup area.
Such an application can combine multiple conveyor routes, changes in level, intersection areas, product accumulation and sorting within a single system, while maintaining accessibility for operators and equipment throughout the production area.

Multiple Machines. One Conveyor Flow.
In an industrial process involving multiple machines, each production point may generate products that need to be transferred to the next stage of the process.
Instead of using completely separate systems, VarioFlow plus conveyor routes can be configured so that products coming from several areas are collected and integrated into a common conveyor flow.
The system configuration is designed according to machine positioning, product flow and the available space within the production area.
Conveying Across Different Levels
A conveyor route does not have to permanently occupy circulation or access areas around machinery. By using inclined conveyor sections, products can be transferred to a higher level and transported above specific areas of the production process.
This configuration enables more efficient use of production floor space while maintaining access to machinery for operation, service and maintenance activities.
In inclined sections, the conveyor can be adapted to maintain product stability throughout the entire transport route.

From the Machine to the Pickup Area
Products are collected from the machines integrated into the process.
Products are conveyed and can be transferred between different levels.
Products can be identified and directed toward the appropriate route.
Buffer zones help organize product flow before the next operation.
Products arrive in a controlled manner at the area assigned to the next stage.

Controlled Sorting and Accumulation
The conveyor system can be complemented by identification systems and sensors that monitor products and enable decisions to be made according to the information detected.
By using product-routing mechanisms, products can be automatically sorted toward different conveyor branches according to the criteria defined for the application.
Accumulation zones create a buffer between the automated process and the following operation, helping maintain a consistent production flow.
The Conveyor Becomes Part of the Automated Process
A VarioFlow plus application can integrate mechanical conveying, electric drives, control systems, sensors, identification systems, safety components and sorting mechanisms within a single solution.
The result is a solution in which the conveyor does more than move the product from point A to point B; it actively contributes to organizing and automating the production flow.
What Can This Type of Application Solve?
Space Optimization
The route can be configured to keep important production areas accessible.
Centralized Product Flow
Products from multiple machines can be combined into a common conveyor system.
Automatic Sorting
Products can be identified and automatically directed to different process areas.
Continuous Flow
Accumulation zones help balance process stages and organize product feeding.
VarioFlow plus Adapted to the Industrial Process
By combining modular conveyor routes with control, sorting and accumulation systems, Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow plus can become the foundation of a complete application for transporting products between multiple production stages. The configuration is defined according to the process flow, available space, product characteristics and required level of automation.
Bosch Rexroth TS Conveyors and Transfer Systems
Bosch Rexroth TS systems are designed for industrial applications where parts, subassemblies or products need to be transported in a controlled manner between different stages of the production process.
By using workpiece pallets, the product can be transported in a defined position throughout the entire process flow, facilitating the integration of automated and manual assembly, testing, inspection or processing operations.

Controlled Transport Between Workstations
In a production line, the product needs to arrive in the correct position at every operation. TS systems allow components to be transported on workpiece pallets configured according to the product and process requirements.
The pallets can move between automated stations, manual workstations, testing, assembly or inspection areas, while maintaining a clear reference position for the product.
As a result, the conveyor system becomes the infrastructure that connects all line operations into a single coherent process flow.
Stopping, Positioning and Accumulation
Depending on the application, workpiece pallets can be stopped and positioned in the areas where an operation needs to be performed on the product.
The system can include stoppers, positioning elements, sensors and accumulation zones, allowing product flow to be organized and conveyor movement to be synchronized with the cycle times of the different operations.
This approach allows each station to receive the product exactly when the process is ready for the next stage.

From Loading to the Final Product
The product is positioned on the workpiece pallet.
The pallet is transferred to the next station.
The product is stopped and positioned for the required operation.
Assembly, testing or another process operation is performed.
The pallet continues toward the next stage of the process.

Integration into Production and Assembly Lines
TS systems can be integrated with automated equipment that interacts directly with the transported product.
Depending on the process, the conveyor system can connect assembly stations, pressing systems, testing, measuring, handling, robotics or quality control equipment.
Through this integration, each stage can be coordinated with the conveyor system and the overall automation of the production line.
Benefits of Bosch Rexroth TS Systems
CONTROLLED
The product is transported in a defined position between process stages.
MODULAR
The configuration can be adapted to the structure and requirements of the production line.
ACCUMULATION-READY
Pallets can be organized in buffer zones to help balance product flow.
INTEGRABLE
The system can be connected with automation, workstations and robotics.
