The XCS single-axis converters in the ctrlX DRIVE series generate a DC bus voltage from the supply voltage and convert it into a controlled AC output voltage of variable amplitude and frequency for operating a servo motor. The DC bus voltage generated in the unit may be used for supplying additional XMS single-axis and XMD double-axis inverters.
